1st step: Call or text to schedule the scan

2nd step: Complete bone health questionnaire

Dr. Gosselin wants to learn your history and other relevant facts to best evaluate your scan results.

You will be asked to download and complete the Bone Health Questionnaire. Bring that completed form and any DXA reports, you may have, to your appointment.

Allow enough time to follow the prep guidelines by reading, “Read This Before Your REMS Scan”, well in advance of your appointment.

3rd step: complete the REms scan (60 minutes / $250)

During our time together, you’ll have the Non-invasive in-office scan which takes about 30 minutes and Dr Gosselin will review your REMS results with you for the next 30 minutes. You will see your results immediately & have time to have your questions related to the scan answered.  You’ll be emailed a copy of your reports for your records & to share with your medical team.

(optional) 4th Step: REMS Report follow up via virtual consult (30 Minutes / $100)

We want you to have a good handle on your REMS results!  That’s why Dr Gosselin spends time immediately after your scan going over your results.  And if you have questions once you get home, you can review the video “How to Interpret your REMS results” that will be emailed to you along with your results.  But if you still have some questions, you can schedule a follow up consult by texting or calling 978-515-6299.
